Executive team sounding board
It’s lonely at the top, and one of the hardest parts of being on the Exec team is establishing and maintaining a positive and effective working relationship with the board. It’s good to talk – and we can listen. We offer you the chance to have a confidential chat (either individually or as an exec team) and mull things over with people who have been there and done that. A problem shared is a problem halved, but we can probably offer some good advice too.
